Jason Ray
Managing Director
Jason Ray brings a decade of insider expertise from Gulfstream Aerospace, where he served as Enterprise Quality Director — personally overseeing more than 1,000 aircraft deliveries across Gulfstream's entire product line. His responsibilities encompassed Customer Quality, Completions Quality, Production Supplier Quality, and Reliability Engineering at the highest levels of business aviation manufacturing.
Jason founded Quality Jet Capital to bring Gulfstream-level standards to every aircraft transaction, regardless of make or model.
Richard Zhe
A graduate of the British Columbia Institute of Technology in Vancouver, Canada, Richard brings 20 years of deep aviation industry expertise across international markets. He has personally overseen 22 successful business jet and commercial aviation transactions and facilitated the introduction of more than 42 aircraft into operator fleets globally.
Richard's transaction experience spans the world's most prestigious aircraft including Gulfstream G650, G550, G450, Dassault Falcon 7X, Bombardier Challenger series, Boeing Business Jets, and Airbus Corporate Jets. His institutional client roster includes some of the world's most prominent aviation finance and leasing organizations across Asia Pacific, Europe, and North America.
